Hey Factory Fans!

I cannot tell you how many times, as a freelancer, I’m given the speech that some project will be a gold mine, if only I would donate my time and talent to it for a while.  That kind of stuff is fun while you’re young and learning, but when you got bills, it just becomes a tiresome waste of time.  You can’t pay your car insurance with “it’s gonna make us money someday”.

Hey Factory Fans!

I have some good drunk stories, but because I don’t drink they are actually about other people.  Still, they’re funny.  Back in the day, I used to like to mess with drunk people.  Challenge them to various athletic feats that they would attempt because they were drunk.  It was fun.  For me, it was like cheating hangovers.

I got a huge family, fans.  Today’s strip is pretty close to what a lot of my cousins would go through in the area where a lot of my family lives.  It’s hard.  I keep saying we need a website to keep track of every one.

Monday on the Network: Cell Phones

Hey Factory Fans!

I resisted cell phones for as long as I could.  Eventually, I had to get one.  I have to say, I enjoy them now.  Once the iPhones came out, I thought, “This is actually useful.”  Before then, I hated texting with a passion of 10 burning hot suns.

I am of two minds about the world we live in with regards to corruption.  On the one hand, I see it, it’s widespread, bad, damaging and all.  People call me a doomsayer for pointing it out, but at the same time I believe it can be brought under control.  Not easily, but it’s possible.  You should recognize it, but you shouldn’t despair about it.
