Meet Harold, the artist for I Hate My Kids.
Harold L. George studied illustration at F.I.T. He has been interested in comic book illustration since he was very young. He now publishes his own interactive comic strip called The Funnicks and webcomic called The S.H.O.W. Harold specializes in comic book illustration, both digital and traditional and works in medias such as oils, acrylics, water colors, and pen and ink. He is also well versed in graphic design and as Creative Director of Gsting Labs, he is able to collaborate with other artists and designers to create sophisticated and elegant designs for clients. He’s mostly known for his Gtoons; the name given to the caricatures he creates.
Harold’s first passion is in illustrating though, and sci-fi and controversial subjects are his element. His artistic influences have been artists like Norman Rockwell, Vincent DiFate, J.C. Leyendecker, Dean Cornwell, Frank Frazzeta and animators like Tex Avery, Friz Freleng, Disney as well as comic book artists like Jim Lee, Sean Galloway, Joe Madureira, Humberto Ramos and Travis Charest.
