Keep the Factory Running!

Wednesday on the Network: Weed

Apr22
by Tony DiGerolamo on April 22, 2015 at 1:05 pm
Posted In: Blog

Hey Factory Fans!

Dammit, I hate yard work.  If I could, I would cement everything on my property wall to wall and then buy a rumba to clean off the leaves.

Today at Super Frat, it’s Twitter in Focus with Mike “Cleveland” Henry.

And the Quote of the Day is from Ralph Waldo Emerson:

“What is a weed? A plant whose virtues have never been discovered.“

Tuesday on the Network: Phone Addiction

Apr21

Hey Factory Fans!

Phone addiction is a terrible thing.  I’ve been a victim of it.  Walked right into a tree one night while I was looking at my phone.  Then it again.  It is awesome.  Awesome, but distracting.  Oh, that reminds me.  I have a text to send.  I’ll finish this later………

At Super Frat, it’s Drunken Hook Ups.

And the Quote of the Day is from Sherry Turkle:

“What is so seductive about texting, about keeping that phone on, about that little red light on the BlackBerry, is you want to know who wants you.“

Hey Factory Fans!

Real Talk is finally ready to go!  Couldn’t be more excited about it.  Jason Wren has been working behind-the-scenes for several weeks building a great back log of stuff.  Hey, want to see a sneak-peek of next week’s artwork?  Join our Patreon!

And don’t forget to visit our long time sponsor, MyDigitalComics.com!  For all your digital downloading needs!

Today at Super Frat, it’s a Webcomic Review of Downhill Rage.

Validation is new.

And the Quote of the Day is from the Dalai Lama:

“The best way to resolve any problem in the human world is for all sides to sit down and talk.“

Artist Bio: Jason Wren

JasonWren

I’m an Alabama born artist living in the great frozen lands of Finland. From before I can remember, I loved comics and loved to draw. Eventually this led me to finishing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Montevallo. Since then I have pursued work as a portrait artist, illustrator and even an art teacher. In recent years I have even dabbled in graphic design and game design, but my true love will always be comics. If you would like to see more of my work, my portfolio can be viewed on my website, Idea Design, or you can contact me via email.

(Also, don’t miss my upcoming Amazon children’s book!  Find out more about it on Facebook and at the book’s website at Dragon’s Don’t Wear Pants.)

Sunday on the Network: Liberty

Apr19
by Tony DiGerolamo on April 19, 2015 at 11:29 am

Hey Factory Fans!

Liberty is one of those things in the U.S. that you take for granted until it’s gone.  I mean, you may not want to sit on a park bench, but if someone comes up to you and says, “Hey, don’t sit on that park bench.  You’re not allowed to!”  I think the first thing people think of is, “Why can’t I sit there?  I wanna sit there.  I’m going to sit there.”

Today at Super Frat it’s Your Fratoscope for April 19, 2015.

And the Quote of the Day is from George Washington:

“Liberty, when it begins to take root, is a plant of rapid growth.“
