What is perfection? I used to be a perfectionist. I would drive myself nuts with endless revisions of scripts. Unfortunately, that meant they were never finished. Then I realized, it had to be perfect within a deadline. Now I finish stuff. Deadlines saved me from a life of unfinishedness.
