It’s so depressing that the U.S. isn’t signatory to the 2008 Convention on Cluster Munitions, not that we wouldn’t ignore it anyways. But with all the pain the bombs cause, they really need to be banned. But this country is far, far, far from stopping the bombing, much less banning actual bombs. We banned actual landmines, maybe one day we can ban the cluster bomb which creates instant landmines.
