You gotta love Chinese food. There’s so much there to choose from. Beef, seafood, chicken— It’s all there. I haven’t been to China, where I hear it’s very different and includes fish heads and chicken feet. I’m guessing I’d probably stick to the Americanized version. The only thing missing from the cuisine is bread.
