Ricardo is from Spain, but he recently moved to Canada. Although he has a business degree from his home country, he is studying agriculture in his adopted home. In between, he went to informal art classes and devoured online videos about comic art. His hobbies include economics, agriculture, cooking and comics.
When he was a kid, he started with comics like Mortadelo Y Filemon and then moved onto superheroes when his dad bought him a copy of Spiderman. Ricardo is a fan of underground comics, Rich Corben and European artists like Moebius, Brian Bolland (Judge Dredd) and Milo Manara. He likes U.S. artists like Adam Hughes, Ryan Sook, Mike Mignola and many others.
