Hey Factory Fans!
Yeah, so I’m a Libertarian and I did a super political cartoon endorsing my candidate today. I make no bones about it. I can’t contribute thousands of dollars to a fund and I’m too busy/lazy to knock on doors and collect signatures, so here’s my tiny contribution to the campaign. I will say, this time around, at least people don’t hate me. In previous years, voting a third party would get you such an angry backlash. People from both parties seem to finally get it or at least understand that people have been burned SO many times they may want a third choice.
Only one way to get it.
Okay, off the soap box. Today at Super Frat, another political comic! Ah, that one’s way more general. Darn those knuckleheads in Washington! (shakes fist)
Speaking of a total non-political comic, check out today’s Validation.
And the Quote of the Day is from Charles Bukowski:
“The difference between a democracy and a dictatorship is that in a democracy you vote first and take orders later; in a dictatorship you don’t have to waste your time voting.”
Hey Factory Fans!
This whole trend of “nerd culture”, I can’t wait to be over. Part of the fun for me that it was kind of limited to a group of introverted, but well-read people. Now everyone has jumped on the bandwagon. It’s why you can’t find a place to sit down at Comic Con.
At Super Frat today it’s Twitter in Focus with Christian Slater.
And the Quote of the Day is from Brian Posehn:
“What I think makes people nerds is just being obsessive. I think that’s what nerdiness really is – its people who don’t just passively like something, they get passionate about whatever they like.”
Hey Factory Fans!
Take a moment, if you will, to check out all our links under the section “Link Buddies”. Just scroll down and you’ll find a list of fellow webcomics and creators to visit. I’m working on the list to beef it up and keep it nice and up to date.
And speaking of link buddies, our number one link buddy is Super Frat.
And the Quote of the Day is from Julian Assange:
“The corruption in reporting starts very early. It’s like the police reporting on the police.”
Hey Factory Fans!
Big news announced on the Best of NJ at the Toms River show. See why you have to come to the cons?
Today at Super Frat, it’s Ten Things You’ll Never See at the Rio Olympics.
Monday means Validation.
And the Quote of the Day is from Conan O’Brien:
“The results of a new study are out this week saying that New Jersey is one of the most livable states in the country. The study has a margin of error of 100 percent.”
