   Oh no. “Make everything good again?” Ouch. Talk about setting himself up for a major disappointment.

   By that time I had already moved on to other things. George Lucas’ Ewoks-for-kids fetish had disappointed me when I was young, so I already knew that Star Wars wasn’t sacred in any way. Thus, when I saw The Phantom Menace I could enjoy it for what it was.

     Yeah, I had already started to sour on Star Wars after I saw that re-release with the extra footage. By the time I got to Phantom, I was pretty wary.
