Hey Factory Fans!

No, I’m not supporting or voting for Donald Trump (for the umpteenth time).  It seems whenever you get online to discuss Trump, however, you can’t even acknowledge Trump’s acknowledgement of the facts without getting blasted.  When it comes to politics, people get absolutely hysterical in talking about their rivals sometimes, so much so, that it blinds them to logic and common sense.  It’s interesting how the political and media elite talk about Trump, but it’s even more interesting when people who barely know anything about politics ape the same opinions.

Don’t be an aper, because that makes you a sheep.  Trump has said a lot of crazy, nasty things, but he’s not Hitler or Mussolini.  Doesn’t mean he couldn’t become like those guys (or worse), but the fact is, he’s currently just a loudmouth running for office.  Part of his “charm” is that he gets you to talk about him.  Yes, you, angry political person.  And the more you publicly rant and rave about him (especially on something like Facebook) the more stupid people listen.  Because stupid people are attracted to bright, shiny things and making hysterical comparisons of Trump to mass murderers is the verbal equivalent of shaking your keys.

Basically what I’m saying is, stop giving dumb ideas attention.  Give good ideas attention.  Ones that you like.  I like the Libertarians and other third parties.  Why not consider something different, I say?  I mean, look at the choices you have.  Anyhow.  Off of soapbox.

Today at Super Frat it’s a new strip called I Think, Therefore I Hate.

Don’t miss the Thursday Validation.

Harold George has a new post.

And the Quote of the Day is from Donald Trump (yes, he actually said this about himself):

“Love him or hate him, Trump is a man who is certain about what he wants and sets out to get it, no holds barred. Women find his power almost as much of a turn-on as his money.”
