Keep the Factory Running!

Thursday on the Network: Insanity

Sep11
by Tony DiGerolamo on September 11, 2014 at 2:37 pm
Posted In: Blog

Hey Factory Fans!

Some people say you have to be insane to do comics for a living.  I disagree.  You just have to get used to being poor!

The bros are back on campus at Super Frat in Graduation Assistance.

Roxy week continues at Validation.

And the Quote of the Day is from Hunter S. Thompson:

“I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they’ve always worked for me.“

Wednesday on the Network: Literacy and Power

Sep10

Hey Factory Fans!

The…Internet…Slow…down…is…here…Sorry…for…the…slow…down…Don’t…wait…for…waiting…Stop…it…now…

Literacy, these days, is the Internet.  It’s information, which is everything.  Don’t let others control your flow.  Believe me, we’ll be out of business once we get shunted to the slow lanes and our hits grind to a halt.  Not to mention the fact that mostly bullshit will rise to the top of every search engine.  It’ll be like TV.  Same thing on everything channel.  Aren’t you sick of TV?  You just left that for the Internet!

Today at Super Frat, it’s Twitter in Focus with Kate Flannery.

All this week is Roxy week on Validation.  Here’s yesterday’s and today’s.  Tune in every day this week!

Johnson and Sir is also new.

And the Quote of the Day is from Matt Taibbi:

“There is a reason it used to be a crime in the Confederate states to teach a slave to read: Literacy is power.“

Tuesday on the Network: Indecision

Sep09
by Tony DiGerolamo on September 9, 2014 at 2:14 pm
Posted In: Blog

Hey Factory Fans!

I was going to do a post about indecision, but then I decided against it.  No, wait.  That’s not true.  I already typed in the headline.  I guess I am, but I don’t feel 100% about it.  Not sure if I even want to open the Pandora’s Box of indecisiveness, ya know?  I mean—  God.  I just want people to read the webcomics.  All this posting on the blog.  Gets so exhausting.  You know, what.  Forget it, forget it.

Ha!  Indecision!

Today at Super Frat it’s TV’s Slow Fade.

And the Quote of the Day is from Maimonides:

“The risk of a wrong decision is preferable to the terror of indecision.”

Monday on the Network: Sickness

Sep08

Posted In: Blog

Hey Factory Fans!

Will this head cold never leave me?!  Gah!  I’ve got to be healthy in case Ebola breaks out here!

Don’t worry fans, I soldier on with hot soup and the Missus playing nurse maid.

At Super Frat, it’s Life skills for Fanboys:  Comics’ Non-News.

At Validation, Christian and Kelci follow the adventures of Roxy.

And the Quote of the Day is from Albert Ellis:

“Self-esteem is the greatest sickness known to man or woman because it’s conditional.“

Sunday on the Network: Beauty

Sep07

Posted In: Blog

Hey Factory Fans!

The archive is now a beauty!  I got all the old missing Sports Guys strips reposted.  So now I’m going to nurse this cold and go back to watching Netflix.

At Super Frat, it’s Your Back to School Fratoscope.

And the Quote of the Day is from Francis Bacon:

“The best part of beauty is that which no picture can express.“
