Hey Factory Fans!

Sorry for the lack of updates, but Intervention Con was pretty busy.  You can check out a brief interview with Christian on the front page of the website.

Let’s see what happened.  Well, I met Kelci Crawford, artist for Validation and Johnson & Sir.  Christian was there and together we came up with about five dozen new webcomics.  Most of them, quite insane.  (In fact, I think we came up with so many this weekend, we could probably do a webcomic where we just do one installment of a new webcomic for the webcomic each time.)  Yi Weng, of Lester Crenshaw is Dead, also stopped by to hang out and play games.  Everyone seemed to have a good time.

We, of course, met and talked to fans in the vendors room.  We went to a party on Friday.  On Saturday, Bruce, one of our buddies from the Silent Devil crew, stopped by and we went out to eat.  Bruce generously treated at a fine Mexican establishment.  Also coming along was Chris Flick of Capes and Babes.

Panels were pretty kickass.  Look for them to be posted on the Intervention site.  One in particular went well for me.  It was about dealing with offensive material in comics and included Travis from Hainted Holler.  Also in attendance with is entire family was Pete Abrams of Sluggy Freelance, which is celebrating it’s 17th anniversary today.

We also went to the Drink and Draw, where Chris Flick drew these awesome pics.
